These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the My Golden Wedding platform ("MGW"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
My Golden Wedding is a private digital platform designed to help couples and wedding suppliers organise, manage and communicate information related to wedding planning. MGW does not act as a wedding planner, agent, intermediary, or party to any agreement between couples and suppliers.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Each account is personal and non-transferable. MGW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
The platform is provided to support wedding planning, organisation and communication. Users must not use MGW for unlawful, misleading or harmful activities. The use of bots, scraping or any form of unauthorised automated access is prohibited.
Couples use MGW to plan their wedding, including budget, guest list, seating plan, timeline and supplier communication. The free plan offers basic functionality. Paid plans (€99, one-time payment) unlock all premium features. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Suppliers use MGW to manage enquiries, availability, conversations and shared information. MGW does not guarantee visibility, leads or business results. MGW charges no commissions on services provided by suppliers. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Venue) are billed monthly or annually. Any agreements, services, payments or obligations between couples and suppliers are handled directly between those parties.
Couples may request a refund of the premium plan within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not substantially used premium features. Suppliers may cancel their subscription at any time with no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
MGW is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons. MGW reserves the right to change features, pricing or these terms, notifying users with reasonable advance notice.
All software, design, branding and content related to MGW are the exclusive property of My Golden Wedding and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission. Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform.
MGW is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, payments or the quality of services provided by suppliers. MGW is a planning and communication tool — it is not a party to agreements between couples and suppliers.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
