Does MGW charge commissions on my services?
No. Zero commissions, always. When a couple hires you, the payment is direct between you — private and with no middlemen. MGW only charges the monthly or annual subscription for the plan you choose. Nothing more.
Do the 2 free months include all features?
Yes. During the Portugal launch, you get full access to the plan you choose for 2 months. No limitations, no credit card required.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The difference is calculated automatically and applied in the next billing cycle.
Can other suppliers see my prices?
No. On MGW, suppliers can only see the name and profile photo of other suppliers. Prices, proposals, reviews and service details are fully protected. Only couples have access to that information.
What's the difference between Starter, Pro and Venue?
Starter is for those who want to be present and receive requests. Pro adds unlimited messages, search priority and advanced analytics. Venue Partner is exclusive for venues with dedicated tools like Room Builder, calendar and multi-space.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time without penalties. If you choose the annual plan, you get a 10% discount.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
Your profile is deactivated and stops appearing in couple searches. Your data is stored for 6 months — if you come back, everything is as you left it.
Is there paid ranking (pay-to-win)?
No. All Pro and Venue plans receive natural priority in search results, but we never sell positions. Ranking is based on profile quality, reviews and response rate.
